Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Creative Jeannieus LLC for any service — web design, brand strategy, content creation, fine art commissions, or any other creative work — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any engagement.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Creative Jeannieus LLC unless a separate written contract has been signed by both parties, in which case that contract takes precedence.

Services

Creative Jeannieus LLC offers web design and development, brand identity, content creation, and fine art commissions. The scope of any project is defined through written communication (email or proposal) prior to work beginning.

Creative Jeannieus LLC reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion. Acceptance of payment does not guarantee project commencement if a conflict of values or scope is discovered.

Payment & Fees

All projects require a deposit before work begins. The deposit amount will be stated in your project proposal. Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless a payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee
• Completed work will not be delivered or published until full payment is received
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Creative Jeannieus LLC retains the right to display the work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Creative Jeannieus LLC retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) used in a project are subject to their own licensing terms, which the client is responsible for maintaining after handoff.

Client Content

The client is responsible for providing all necessary content — text, images, logos, and other materials — in a timely manner. Creative Jeannieus LLC is not liable for delays caused by late or incomplete content delivery.

By providing content, the client warrants that they have the legal right to use all submitted materials and that such materials do not infringe on any third-party rights. The client assumes full responsibility for any legal issues arising from content they provide.

Revisions & Approvals

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the current hourly rate.

Client approval — whether written or verbal — at each project stage constitutes acceptance of that stage's work. Requests to revisit approved stages may be subject to additional fees.

Timeline & Delays

Project timelines are estimates provided in good faith. Creative Jeannieus LLC will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by client response times, content delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a project is paused for more than 30 days due to client inactivity, Creative Jeannieus LLC reserves the right to archive the project. Reactivation may require a restart fee.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination by the client, the deposit is non-refundable and any work completed to date will be invoiced at the agreed project rate on a pro-rata basis.

In the event of termination by Creative Jeannieus LLC, any unused portion of fees paid (beyond work completed) will be refunded.

Limitation of Liability

Creative Jeannieus LLC's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. Creative Jeannieus LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

No Warranty

Creative Jeannieus LLC provides services "as is" and makes no warranty that websites or digital products will be free from errors, compatible with all browsers or devices, or that they will meet any specific performance benchmarks beyond what is agreed in writing.

Post-launch support is not included unless specifically agreed upon. Ongoing maintenance, hosting, and third-party platform issues are the client's responsibility after project handoff.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or any engagement with Creative Jeannieus LLC will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.

Changes to Terms

Creative Jeannieus LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued engagement with Creative Jeannieus LLC after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
